Design and sizing
We convert your load list into a customized UPS solution: we determine actual power requirements, start-up profiles, and required autonomy (from minutes to hours), project growth over 3–5 years, and select the ideal topology (line-interactive, double conversion online, or modular). We define maintenance bypass, PDU, isolation transformer, and transient suppression, optimizing space and heat dissipation. We deliver calculation reports, single-line diagrams, layouts, and BOMs ready for installation, with a clear proposal for risks and N+1 redundancies when required by the operation.
Supply and integration
We integrate single-phase and three-phase UPS units from 1 to 200+ kVA, including modular systems with N+1 redundancy and VRLA/Gel/LiFePO₄ battery banks in industrial cabinets. We install and wire accessories (external bypass, PDU, TVSS, racks), and connect the system to your IT/OT platforms: Modbus RTU/TCP, SNMP, and dry relays, with alarm and event mapping. We perform FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operational training, leaving your infrastructure ready for production with complete documentation and warranty.
Maintenance and monitoring
We maximize availability with preventive and predictive plans: internal cleaning, thermography, autonomy testing, and impedance/conductance analysis of each battery to detect faults before they occur. We perform scheduled replacements, calibrate chargers/rectifiers, and update firmware. With our 24/7 monitoring, you will receive real-time alerts, health reports, and performance KPIs, as well as priority support and critical spare parts so that your critical power never stops.
