Specialized civil construction for stations: we prepare the site with clearing, levelling, and controlled compaction; we lay foundations, slabs, and concrete pedestals; we build booths and technical rooms; we manufacture bases for skids; we install electrical wiring and instrumentation in accordance with the project; and we finish with perimeter fencing and concertina wire. Site preparation
We carry out the layout and staking out of the site, clearing and levelling, and controlled compaction. We include topographic control, access routes, and elevation verification so that the platform is ready for construction.
Concrete foundations, slabs, and pedestals
We build foundations, slabs, and pedestals sized for load, with reinforcing steel according to plans, proper formwork, concrete vibration, and curing. We work with level tolerances, embedded bolts, and templates to ensure that each base receives equipment and cabinets without subsequent adjustments.
Technical booths and rooms
We build block walls with castles and dalas, roof slabs according to the project, and finishes resistant to industrial environments. We consider ventilation, metal doors, sealed wall penetrations, and details for mounting boards and cabinets, leaving the shed ready for equipment.
Bases and anchors for skates, cabinets, and racks
We manufacture bases and pedestals with plates, anchor bolts, and leveling devices. We take care of alignment, elevation, and separation from the floor to prevent corrosion and facilitate maintenance, leaving each mounting point ready for immediate installation.
Electrical wiring and instrumentation
We install conduit piping and cable trays according to the project specifications, respecting bend radii and support requirements. We include junction boxes, seals, and labeling to ensure that cable routing is orderly, secure, and traceable from the equipment to its cabinet.
Perimeter fencing and concertina wire
We supply and install perimeter fencing with mesh and posts anchored in concrete blocks, access gates, and security concertina wire. We define heights, clearances, and access points in accordance with the site plan to protect equipment and pipelines.
Coordination with grounding systems and lightning rods
We plan the necessary civil works for grounding and lightning rods (dice, planned downspouts, conduits, and reserves) together, so that the electrical and protection installation can be carried out without rework. The implementation of grounding and lightning rods is quoted as a complementary service.
As-built and quality control
We document each stage with logs and quality reports: compaction results, pouring, releases, and photographs. We deliver as-built plans and a construction dossier so that the client has complete traceability and support for audits.
